When available, rooms may be rented for training purposes during normal operational hours. After-hours events are subject to university policies and procedures and may incur additional security and cleaning fees.

Classrooms 131, 140, 154, 166, 186, 225:

  • Non-Profit $50 (1-4 Hours) $100 (Over 4 Hours)
  • For Profit $75 (1-4 Hours) $125 (Over 4 Hours)

Lecture Hall Classroom 133:

  • Non-Profit $150 (1-4 Hours) $200 (over 4 Hours)
  • For Profit $200 (1-4 Hours) $250 (over 4 Hours)

 

Additional Services (as needed by event determined by the Director of Newnan)

  • University Police $55.00 per hour, per employee
  • On-sight Event Coordinator $45.00 per hour, per employee
  • Audio Visual Support $40.00 per hour
  • Custodial $30.00 per hour, per employee
  • Electrician $48 per hour, per employee
  • HVAC $39 per hour, per employee
  • University Parking Personnel $22 per hour, per employee

Reservation Requirement:
All facility rental requests must be submitted through Reserve West. Before submitting a request, please review all event policies, including the event checklist and insurance requirements, to ensure compliance.

Important Policies:

  • A 7% sales tax will be added to facility rentals.
  • Insurance requirements typically include $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, subject to management discretion. Insurance must be date-specific and in the name of the organizer/promoter.
  • For safety and allergy concerns, latex balloons are not permitted inside the facility.
