Rebecca is the Director of UWG Newnan. Rebecca oversees the UWG Newnan budget, managing the facilities (technology, building schedules, and personnel), and monitoring compliance with policies and procedures. From 2009 to 2022, Rebecca served on the USG eCampus administration team working with the Student Success Team providing support and resources to students to facilitate success. From 2011 to 2018, Rebecca also worked as the liaison between UWG and GHC at Douglasville, managing the UWG programs there.

Rebecca is a member of the UWG Continuous Improvement Institute.  Rebecca served on the UWG Seamless Integration Team, the UWG Presidential Search and Screen Committee, Leadership Development Institute (LDI) and the Engage West Barrier Team, UWG Master Plan Committee, UWG Senior Diversity Search Committee, USG eCampus Assistant Dean Search Committee, the DLA Conference Team, University's Staff Advisory Council, and the eCore and eMajor proposal task force. In her spare time, Rebecca serves as Treasurer for the Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park, Carrollton Evening Sertoma Club, and the National Association of Branch Campus Administrators. She is past chair of the University of West Georgia Athletic Foundation and a board member of the Carroll County Emergency Shelter for victims of domestic violence. Rebecca is also the Coordinator of the Carrollton July 4th People's Parade and Chair of the Carrollton Empty Stocking Fund.
