Fall Commencement Ceremony

Fall ceremony dates and times will be posted here as soon as they are available.

All ceremonies will take place at the Coliseum

Commencement Livestream

All ceremonies will be live-streamed for guests who may not be able to attend in-person.

Students who will complete degree requirements in the Fall 2025 semester are eligible to participate in the Fall Commencement Ceremony.

Students who will complete degree requirements in the Summer 2025 semester and did not participate in the Spring 2025 Commencement Ceremony are eligible to participate in the Fall Commencement Ceremony.

Please note: Certificate only students do not participate in commencement ceremonies.

The Registrar’s Office will contact students who have submitted a graduation application with their assigned ceremony date and time once the information becomes available.

Effective March 2024, the University of West Georgia implemented a clear bag policy for all events. You can find more information on the clear bag requirement page.

Guest Ticket Guidelines

  • No Tickets will be issued or required for entrance to the Commencement Ceremonies. All seating will be general admission.
