Reservable Spaces

UREC oversees the variety of spaces available for reservation in the Campus Center. This includes a ballroom with more than 7,000 square feet of space, which can be divided into multiple rooms, meeting spaces, conference rooms, and features outdoor patio access. We are a primary location for various events, catering to both UWG-affiliated patrons and community members. Spaces can be reserved through Reserve West and set up to best meet your event needs.

UREC manages the Campus Center ballroom. With over 7,000 square feet of space, the ballroom can accommodate a wide range of events, including conferences, banquets, proms, fashion shows, and numerous other social gatherings. The Campus Center offers a total of four meeting rooms that can be reserved for organization and campus partner meetings.
