UREC oversees the variety of spaces available for reservation in the Campus Center. This includes a ballroom that has more than 7,000 sq feet available and can be broken down into multiple rooms, meeting spaces, conference rooms, and outdoor patio access. We are a primary location for all kinds of events for both UWG affiliated patrons and community members. Spaces can be reserved through Reserve West and set up to best meet your event needs.

UREC manages the Campus Center ballroom. With more than 7,000 square feet of space, the ballroom can host all kinds of events including but not limited to conferences, banquets, proms, fashion shows, and many other social gatherings. This room can be broken down into smaller rooms and be set up in a variety of different ways to meet all of your event needs.

The Campus Center has a total of four meeting rooms available to be reserved for organization and campus partner meetings. Each meeting room is equipped with a laptop, screen and projection equipment. Additional information about each room and how to reserve one can be found on the events reservation page

Relax and enjoy the front and back patios around the Campus Center. The front patio can be reserved for different activities such as tabling and corn hole. The back patio provides a fun environment for students who want to chill, have an event outside with lights and music, or other kinds of events.
