We have two multifunctional group fitness studios that facilitate a wide variety of fun, safe and effective classes to meet the needs of our participants and help them reach their fitness goals. Our highly trained, certified instructors provide a welcoming environment and a fun & motivating workout experience! All classes include modifications for all fitness levels. Spring 2021 Group Fitness Studio Operations

  • All group fitness studios will be only used for academic classes during the spring 2021 semester
  • All group fitness classes will be hosted in the Functional Training Area (in both the East and West sides)
