Elite Burn

Ready to push your limits and burn like never before? Elite Burn is an intense, high-energy HIIT class that combines explosive moves with strength and conditioning exercises to help you build power, endurance, and speed.

Dynamic Yoga

Flow, stretch, and strengthen in our Dynamic Yoga class, where movement and breath come together to elevate both body and mind. This class offers a powerful fusion of fluid sequences and mindful poses designed to increase flexibility, build strength, and improve balance.

Stretch Essentials

Give your body the love it deserves in Stretch Essentials, a class designed to help you relax, release tension, and improve flexibility. This class focuses on the foundational stretches that will enhance your range of motion, reduce tightness, and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Pedal Power

Get ready to ride to your full potential in Pedal Power, an invigorating cycling class that will push your endurance, strength, and speed. Set to high-energy beats, this class combines intense intervals and controlled pace cycling to give you an ultimate cardio workout while building powerful legs and a strong core.

Pilates

Take your Pilates practice to the next level in this Pilates class, designed to build total body strength through controlled, intentional movement. This class incorporates both mat Pilates and equipment-based exercises, including mini reformers, to strengthen the core, improve posture, and support overall body alignment.  

Peach Pack

Strengthen, tone, and power up your lower body in Peach Pack, a glutes-and-core focused workout designed to scuplt, stabilize, and leave you feeling stronger every step of the way.

Step Aerobics

A high-energy cardiovascular workout that combines rhythmic stepping patterns with upbeat music to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. Participants perform choreographed movements on an adjustable step platform, incorporating variations that challenge both beginners and experienced exercisers.
