The function of repair and routine maintenance, energy management, and special projects are scheduled, performed, and managed for more than 2 million square feet of building floor space.  Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance care for the many plant species residing on a campus in excess of 600 acres.  They also construct and maintain irrigation systems, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and athletic fields.  A University nursery cultivates plants for seasonal, new, or replacement landscaping.
