I am Melanie Brooks. I am a 30 year veteran educator. My experience ranges 17 years as a classroom teacher of Elementary Education and 13 years as an Elementary Education Administrator. I retired from public school in 2022 and became the UWG PreK director. Not only do I have the privilege of working with our youngest learners, I also have the great opportunity to instruct and guide future educators here at the University.
