Dr. Marsha Simon is an Assistant Professor at the University of West Georgia, in the department of Leadership, Research, and School Improvement. Marsha received a B.A in Spanish and a M.S in Developmental Education from Grambling State University. Marsha earned her Ph.D. in Educational Research from the University of Alabama. A former high school teacher for 10 years, Marsha continues her passion for teaching by instructing research courses at the higher education level. Her research interests include mixed methods research, high school STEM education and the impostor syndrome.
