New International Student Orientation for Spring 2025 is scheduled for Friday, January 10th beginning at 9 AM online. You can access the live orientation stream here.

If you have already entered the United States, please complete our New Student Check In Form and the International Student Rules and Responsibilities. We cannot activate your SEVIS Record until the below two forms have been submitted.

Spring 2025

• First Day of Class: January 11, 2025
• Last Day of Class: May 5, 2025
• Fee Payment Deadline: January 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Please see UWG Office of Student Accounts and Billing, for more details. 
• Drop/Add Period: Ends, January 17, 2025
• Insurance Waiver Deadline: February 7, 2025. For details, please wee "Waiver Information" here.
