There are a number of job opportunities available to our Health and Wellness graduates. Our students go on to work in a variety of areas including school systems, clinical settings, fitness centers, sport facilities, rehab facilities, assisted living, public health, sports nutrition, research, and the military.

Fitness trainers lead, instruct, and motivate individuals or groups in physical activity.

Health Coaches assist individuals to improve their overall health and well-being through behavior change

Wellness coordinators plan, and facilitate health and fitness activities and programs for employees in corporate settings.

Health and wellness promoters/educators plan, implement, and evaluate health promotion programs in a variety of settings. Their goal is to help people improve and manage their health through communication, education, policy, systems, and environmental change.

Nutritional professionals share information about healthy foods and balanced diets in non-clinical settings, such as healthy cooking workshops and food education programs.

Athletic Trainers specialize in preventing, diagnosing, and treating muscle and bone injuries and illnesses that are sport, position, and age specific. 

Physical Therapists assist injured or ill individuals improve movement and manage pain.
