CMWL-4101 Worksite Wellness Programs
Description
This course explores workplace wellness and health promotion within organizational settings. Students will assess employee and organizational needs to determine the potential for effective wellness initiatives and examine their impact on wellbeing, productivity, and health care cost savings. Emphasis is placed on strategies to engage employees, foster supportive cultures, and communicate program value to leadership. The course culminates in the design of a workplace wellness program tailored to the organization and its employees wants and needs.
