We understand that there are numerous events that have been planned to be held on campus during our suspension of instruction. In the best interest of all involved parties – both internal campus stakeholders and visitors to campus – the university will postpone or cancel all large-format events taking place on campus and any off-campus Admissions hosted events until further notice. We will be open for daily campus tours beginning on August 3rd with social distance guidelines in place. Registration will open in mid July. View all of our virtual options here.

Groups of 8 or more are welcome to submit a request for a private group tour led by a current UWG student. Generally, these groups are made up of students or community members on athletic teams, youth organizations, government offices, and K12 classes.

Please Note: Completion of the Group Tour registration form does not confirm your visit. Your visit confirmation will be sent via email from firstname.lastname@example.org. After submitting the group tour request form, please allow 3 business days for us to respond. Groups of 51 students or more will need special accommodations and need to submit those requests via email.

We offer several different visit packages to meet the needs and interests of a variety of groups. Times and content can be adjusted to meet your needs. We will do our best to be as flexible as we can be. All of our offerings are adjusted to accommodate the age group that you bring.
