AP Credit
AP (Advanced Placement) credit is awarded to those who have successfully completed an advanced placement class in high school and earned an appropriate score (3 or higher) on the AP exam in that subject area. AP Exams are administered through the high schools in mid to late May.
AP credit is evaluated by the university’s Registrar’s Office and placed on a student’s transcript if credit has been earned.
A complete list of AP coursework/credit/score required as well as additional information regarding other options for credit by examination can be found on the Registrar’s Office website: www.westga.edu/student-services/registrar/credit-by-exam.php
