Veronica Williams

Veronica Williams is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of West Georgia, where she teaches special education law and ethics and prepares future educators and school leaders to navigate the legal, ethical, and practical complexities of serving students with disabilities. She brings more than a decade of experience in public education, including leadership in special education compliance, policy, family engagement, and dispute resolution, and is committed to student-centered decision-making and collaborative leadership. Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish, magna cum laude, from Fisk University and a Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law; she is also fluent in Spanish.
