Summer Thompson

Summer Thompson, M.S., CCC-SLP is a clinical instructor in the Speech-Language Pathology program at the University of West Georgia. She previously worked as a speech language pathologist at WBT Therapy Works providing telehealth services. She has also worked in the school setting with preschool through high school students. Mrs. Thompson holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed as a speech language pathologist in the state of Georgia. Her clinical interests are primarily focused on early language intervention and speech sound disorders. She also has an interest focused on evidence-based instruction for SLP students.
