Shelby serves as the Director of Academic Support and Assessment within the Center for Academic Success. In her role, she oversees the Center for Academic Success, the Course Alert process, and serves as the Application Administrator for Navigate360 (formerly known as EAB Navigate). Shelby has a passion for working with students, faculty, and staff in areas related to academic support, helping students access the resources they need to thrive in their educational journey.
