A proud University of West Georgia alum (GO WOLVES! 🐺), Katie Brittain earned her degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations in 2007. She has spent her career in customer-focused roles, using a steady, practical approach and is committed to helping people work through complicated situations and find their way forward.

In her current role as a UWG Graduate Admissions Counselor, Katie works with students as they take the next step in their academic journey. She believes in keeping communication simple, honest, and helpful so students always know what comes next.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, making memories together.
