Vanessa Woodward Griffin, Ph.D.

Vanessa Woodward Griffin joined the criminology faculty in Fall of 2013 after earning her PhD in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her teaching interests include research methodology, program evaluation, criminological theory, and administration. Her research focuses predominantly on the structural and social dynamics of race and inequality in victimization, reentry, and victim-offender convergence.
