Anne C. Barnhart has been at the University of West Georgia since 2009. As the Head of Outreach & Assessment she coordinates library-wide assessment initiatives and promotes library services and resources, and plans and implements outreach activities. She also serves as the liaison to English and International Languages and Cultures. She has a BA and two MAs (Latin American & Caribbean Studies; Religious Studies) from Indiana University and an MS in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her current research interests are information literacy instruction and library science education. She is an active member of SALALM (Seminar on the Acquisition of Latin American Library Materials) and IFLA (International Federation of Library Associations).
