Academic Technology Services provides a variety of Audio Visual (AV) services for academic and administrative needs. 

Event Management

Event Support services - including event consultation, set up, support, and tear down. Each event is unique and requires consultation with customers to confirm customer expectations and available resources. Please request support at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Circulation Equipment

Circulation Equipment services - including AV inventory for short term checkout to Faculty, Staff, Student Organizations, and Students for academic projects. Standard length of check out is less than 1 week. Due to limited inventory, long term equipment checkouts require ITS management approval and may not be allowed. Please request equipment at least 48 hours before need time.
