Welcome to Best of the West, UWG's peer-nominated award and recognition program! At UWG, we aspire to become the best place to work, learn, and succeed. We believe that a key component of creating an engaged workforce is recognizing excellence and promoting colleague collaboration. Best of the West is designed to allow colleges to nominate one another for recognition in the categories of Values, Strategic Imperatives, and Cross-Divisional Collaboration. Two times per year, a set of divisional winners is chosen from all those recognized and, at the end of the year, our annual award winners are selected from among the divisional winners.
