Workshops Offered
This spring, the Ombuds Office will host a book discussion group focused on Amanda Ripley's High Conflict: Why We Get Trapped and How We Get Out. The group is open to all faculty and staff.
The Ombuds Office is also available to conduct professional development workshops related to conflict and conflict management for faculty, staff, and students. Examples of workshops offered include but are not limited to those listed below. Other topics can be developed upon request. Workshops typically last around one hour but can be adjusted or combined to be suitable for different time availability.
