Students in the Georgia Scholars Institute Summer Program experience the independence and responsibility of college life by living on campus during one week in June.

Students will reside in The Oaks Residential Hall. The Oaks is a traditional first-year residence hall that’s also home to the Honors College Living-Learning Community. The Residential program includes the following:

  • Housing and meal plans for that week are included in program cost
  • Controlled access to building entry
  • Double Occupancy room
  • Select your own roommate
  • Supervision, academic support, and social activities provided by Resident Assistants who are current UWG Honors College Students
