ABRD-4002 Contemporary Studies in/of Place
Description
A variable-topic examination in a specific place as the context for and/or a product of human, social, and/or biophysical processes and features, associated with a UWG Study Abroad Program. Offerings might include a study of artistic styles and traditions that emerged there, architectural forms exhibited in the built environment, geological and hydrological processes shaping the area s topography, communication practices and media consumption, or a comparison of everyday politics in that place and the student s home.
