Dr. Melanie Lewis Croft teaches fully online graduate courses in both the School Library Media and Instructional Technology programs. Prior to her appointment at UWG, she served as an assistant professor of education and program director of a graduate school librarian preparation program; a district coordinator of libraries, technology, and curriculum; a library media specialist at the secondary level; and a classroom teacher at the elementary level in California. Her research interests focus upon identifying and mitigating barriers to the provision of instructional leadership in multiple literacies.
