UWG Newnan Launches the Paving the Way to Student Success Campaign

As construction moves rapidly forward on the renovation of the old historic Newnan Hospital ,  UWG Newnan is proud to announce the launch of the Paving the Way to Student Success Campaign.   Relocating the UWG Newnan campus to the old Newnan Hospital location ties the university even closer to the community.  A location that has been a fixture in the community since 1925 where the ties run deep and the stories are plentiful.

Legacy Walkways joins history and progress. Located in the courtyard, the plaza will allow students to connect, study and succeed. By purchasing a paver that will be installed in the walkway you can commemorate your story by honoring a loved one, recognizing a friend, leaving an inspirational message or preserving your own memories ensuring those stories will never be lost.

Corporations and foundations can also show their support for UWG Newnan through the purchase of pavers. These pavers are located in high-traffic areas widely used by students, faculty, staff, alumni and campus visitors.

When you purchase a paver you’re not only preserving a lasting heritage, but also creating a timeless message for future generations of students, educators and leaders. The Paving the Way  to Student Success Campaign helps bridge the gap between what students pay and the actual cost of their education—so your gift reaches every student by providing essential funds needed each year for technology, resources, operating expenses and more.

Every gift makes a difference and will help us continue the University of West Georgia’s commitment to be the best comprehensive university in America – sought after as the best place to work, learn, and succeed!
