Reserve West is a team of venue managers responsible for reserving campus space for a variety of activities sponsored by university departments, the Office of the President, registered student organizations, and various external clients. Classrooms, event space, atriums and outdoor space can be reserved through the online reservation system. Users are able to request space and manage their reservations through their accounts within this system.
Registered student organizations can log into the Reserve West web app through a generic username and password provide here. University advisors will provide the president and/or vice-president with the password after delegating the generic account to them.
