Jennifer A. Pecoraro joined the Department of Sport Management, Wellness, and Physical Education in the Fall of 2017. She has experience instructing Sport Budget and Finance, Sport Marketing, and Sport Culture. Ms. Pecoraro earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, Secondary Education from Georgia State University as well as a Masters of Science in Sport Management from Georgia State University. Ms. Pecoraro is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Kinesiology, Sport Management at Georgia State University.
Ms. Pecoraro has over seven (7) years of experience in sport management as an educator, researcher, and collegiate recreational professional. Ms. Pecoraro pursues an active line of research in sport management; research interests focus on identifying and addressing underrepresented populations in collegiate recreation programs and services. Ms. Pecoraro contributes to the profession by publishing and presenting at international, national, state, and local levels. Ms. Pecoraro also serves on the NIRSA: Leaders of Collegiate Recreation Assembly and as the Georgia Recreational Sports Association Media Coordinator.
