Biography

Faith Payne has been a member of the sociology department since August 2014. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Delta and Phi Alpha, the honor societies for sociology and social work, respectively. She currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Sociology, where she teaches a variety of courses, including Introductory Sociology; Social Inequality; Communicating Sociology; Social Psychology; Gender; and Family. In addition, Faith also provides therapy for children with special needs and their families while she works toward her clinical license in social work.
